Membership Types

  • Display space in our 2500 square foot showroom, which includes the exposure of each client who walks through our doors
  • Unlimited access to our showroom during open hours (including evenings and weekends!)
  • Your marketing material kept on-site so that all of our vendors and wedding planners have easy access to sell your services
  • Access to meeting space to book client meetings in any of our five designated meeting areas
  • Access to collaborate and brainstorm with all the other talented members of Event Core
  • Listing on our Website Directory, Social Media Shout outs, Blog Posts about your business and your business info on all Printed Materials

What level of Membership is best for me?
It depends on what your business needs and how you are looking to expand. If you’d like your product on display to 100’s of brides, then you’ll need a Premier Membership. If you’re looking to use the space mainly for holding meetings, then the Studio Membership is for you. Are you just looking to increase your online presence, then Community level should work just fine.

How many meeting spaces are there?
We currently have 5 seperate meeting spaces ranging from open concept space, semi-private space, to a fully private viewing lounge – perfect for photographers and videographers to show their work!

What if all the meeting space is booked?
We have a very sophisticated online booking system which allows us to monitor all of our members are using the space effectively. If you’re not able to book space on a day that you need – simply email info@event-core.ca, and we can try to make some rearrangements!

Do I pay for membership monthly?
Yes, you have the choice to either pay for your membership on a monthly basis, or alternatively if you wanted to pay the fee annually, we can arrange for that as well.
