Pampa Brazilian Steakhouse was created with one simple focus in mind – bringing authentic, traditional Brazilian food to the heart of the Alberta prairies. The history of churrasco, or Brazilian barbeque, dates back to the 17th century from Rio Grande de Sul and is specific to the region of Pampa or the “Prairies” in South America.

Featuring continuous table-side service of wide variety of select cuts of beef, pork, poultry and lamb, your fixed-price Rodizio experience includes all the meat you desire. Included is our one-of-a-kind salad bar which features in-house baked breads, imported cheeses and a vast array of greens and vegetables.

What are you known for?

Pampa Brazilian Steakhouse is known for its 15 cuts of mouth-watering meats ranging from Top Sirloin(Picanha) to the interestingly delicious taste of Frog Legs and Chicken Hearts, and our endless Salad bar containing fresh vegetables and contemporary Brazilian dishes. Not only is it our food – people come to enjoy the excitement of our Gauchos in their unique uniforms roasting our meats on the 15-foot Grill and bringing excellent service to each guest.

What do you like the most about the event industry?

Event industry brings joy and excitement into the restaurant industry and its partners. Pampa will put all its effort into a party of two up, but when it comes to a large event it brings excitement to not only the surrounding guests but to the entire restaurant and its employees. Events can bring resources, photos and experience to all.

Can you tell us a time when you knew you were in the right industry?

I knew I was in the right industry when I noticed not only joy in our guests when we were creating events and exceptional service, but how our employees received the same joy in doing so for our guests.

What do you usually tell people before an event?

Usually, we tell people to come with an empty stomach because we enjoy serving limitlessly while with great quality. Be prepared for an exciting atmosphere that you will be talking about with your friends.

If you were stranded on an Island and could only bring one item, what would it be?

One Gaucho, say goodbye to hunger!
